Warranty Conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, please check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.


Product Return Conditions


If the product you purchased through our site is faulty, you must contact us from the online support section on our page within 14 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will deliver to us with the cargo company (Send only with Domestic cargo, packages from other cargoes will not be received) will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product error is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned and exchanged. In terms of product return and replacement conditions, the applications in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are essential. When the product is returned, only the amount paid is refunded, gift certificates and points used in the shopping are not refunded.
